This week, Team CES would like to provide an information guide on the different components of software. Atsuko covers the topic of Operating Systems – the types, costs, issues and also the history. Gina covers application software with a focus on Mac and Windows applications. She identifies the different versions and best sellers. Kiara provides details on Web-based application software with tips on the essential application a student can use. Fortunately in today’s market not a whole lot is different between similar programs, in fact, in a majority of cases the programs are so similar that the only thing that changes, is the name of the program.

     The goal of Omniscient 4U in this presentation of Software is to present the exciting and dynamic opportunities that are available to anyone today.   We hope that we have encouraged the individual end user of computers to explore beyond the basics of computer technology by becoming competent in the use of Specialized Application Software like Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Director, Microsoft Publisher, Apple Garage Band, CorelDraw, so that the individual will be recognized as being knowledgeable and competitive in the world of advance technology in education, employment and so on!
