Interviews with a multitude of politicians, activists, and experts representing differing viewpoints is offered. The film presents rail as the defining issue for Oahu’s economic development, sustainability, and quality of life. You’ll want to watch this regardless of which side you’re on.

  1. It was a very interesting documentary about the rail and how it has affected the landscape and budget of Oahu. I am not in favor of completing the rail due to the cost, traffic woes, as well as it’s aesthetic value to our tourist based economy.
