Offline access to Google@UH Drive

Offline access for Google Drive is available with your Google@UH Drive account. This means you can access and edit your files in Drive without an Internet connection, and the next time you are connected to the Internet, your changes sync up.

To enable offline access, you must use the Google Chrome browser and install the Drive app in the browser. View the step-by-step instructions to setup offline access to Drive.

Automatic wireless access for mobile devices on campus

Use the Leeward’s wireless network instead of your data plan on your mobile devices! You can configure your laptop and other mobile devices to automatically bypass the normal wireless login process and immediately connect to the LEE wireless network.

To setup a passthrough, go to http://www.hawaii.edu/wireless/pt. To complete the passthrough setup process, you will need:

  • Your UH Username and password
  • The MAC Address of your device
  • A description of your device

Passthroughs expire after 1 year, and each user is allowed a maximum of 10 passthroughs to be setup at a time. Passthroughs are registered under your UH username and you are responsible for the activity of these devices while they are connected to the LEE wireless network.
